The service is provided through our partner, Global Choice Lifestyle (Pty) Ltd, to assist families with urgent costs that may arise shortly after a death and before the funeral takes place.

This benefit may include:

  • Body repatriation
  • After Care monthly Complaints
  • Simplified claim process – only a certified death certificate may be required BI is not required
  • Airtime Complaints to assist with communication during the death-reporting process.
